Supply Chain Performance Catalyst Role

We're seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the optimization of our global supply chain operations. This pivotal role demands a collaborative enabler who can drive execution and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will be a cross-functional leader with a proven track record in supply chain management, program management, or business performance transformation. Strong analytical and visualization skills are essential, along with excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.

This position involves driving operational cadence, facilitating planning performance meetings, building strong relationships across global teams, and owning initiative tracking and visibility. The successful candidate will also lead performance reporting and data-driven reviews, enable productivity and outcome ownership, amplify communication and internal engagement, and optimize dashboards and decision enablement.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in supply chain, operations, program management, business performance, or transformation roles
  • Strong analytical and visualization skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Self-starter with a bias for execution and improvement
  • Experience managing performance rhythms, reporting cycles, and business reviews
