Our organization is seeking an exceptional Supply Chain Leader to join our high-performing Operations team.

This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from a collaborative office environment and from home, supporting your wellbeing while staying connected with a team.

About the Role

You will oversee a team of six supply planners, driving operational excellence and strategic planning across the business.

  1. Manage and optimize inbound product flow to meet customer demand
  2. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
  3. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other Operations teams to ensure seamless coordination
  4. Drive efficiency through lean initiatives and process improvements
  5. Manage planning parameters such as safety stock, lead times, and product lifecycle transitions
  6. Support long-term strategy and contribute to continuous improvement across the supply chain
  7. Evaluate and ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards

In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, making strategic decisions, and driving results-oriented outcomes.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain or planning roles
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of building and motivating teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally
