About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Operations Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing supply chain team in Sydney.

As a Supply Chain Operations Leader, you will be accountable for managing a team of 10 responsible for short-term planning and the movement of our consignment stock across Stryker and customer sites in ANZ — ensuring the right products are ready for the right surgeries, every time.

  • Solve Complex Puzzles: Balance the needs of hospitals, sales, and logistics to get the right kits in the right place at the right time.">
