About Us

As a leading provider of cleaning services, we are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Cleaning Team Leader.

This role is critical in supporting staff, creatively solving operational challenges, managing rostering, and driving change management initiatives. With significant organic growth, the introduction of new IT systems, procedures, and software, and the development of formalized processes across the business, this position requires a strong leader who can inspire and motivate their team to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Inspire your team to deliver top-tier cleaning services while ensuring efficiency, teamwork, and clear communication.
  • Quality Control: Perform hands-on cleaning tasks and inspect work to ensure quality standards are met. If issues arise, address them swiftly and professionally.
  • Training & Onboarding: Share your expertise with new hires, providing them with tools and knowledge to succeed.
  • Safety & Compliance: Uphold health and safety protocols, ensuring your team follows safe work practices.
  • Equipment Management: Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained and report any issues to the relevant team member.
  • Feedback & Improvement: Collaborate with leadership, offering feedback and suggesting process improvements to make us better.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a cleaning role, preferably with supervisory experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate a team, and have a pride in delivering high standards. Additionally, they must have a valid driver's license, access to reliable transportation, and be able to pass a drug and alcohol test.
