This role requires strong operational oversight as well as the ability to inspire, innovate, and support our teams as we continue to scale.
Responsibilities- Lead and Motivate: Inspire your team to deliver top-tier cleaning services while ensuring efficiency, teamwork, and clear communication.
- Quality Control: Perform hands-on cleaning tasks and inspect work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Training & Onboarding: Share your expertise with new hires, providing them with tools and knowledge to succeed.
- Safety & Compliance: Uphold health and safety protocols, ensuring your team follows safe work practices.
- Equipment Management: Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained and report any issues to the Team & Inventory Manager.
- Feedback & Improvement: Collaborate with leadership, offering feedback and suggesting process improvements to make us better.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a cleaning role, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Leadership: Ability to motivate a team and create a positive work environment with effective communication.
- Attention to Detail: Pride in delivering high standards and encouraging the same from the team.
- Reliability: Valid driver's license, access to reliable transportation, and ability to pass a drug and alcohol test.
- A Desire to Grow: Open to obtaining relevant qualifications like a White Card and other certifications to advance in your career.
