Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to lead our cleaning, trolley collection and waste support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a roster for the team, ensuring all daily tasks and operations are covered, and working with the Store Leadership teams to identify challenges and areas of opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and develop their team, and provide hands-on contribution by performing core operational tasks alongside the team.

  • Physical fitness is essential for this role
