The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Claims and Assessing Division. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing the Claims Process, ensuring seamless customer journeys, and controlling costs. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering project and change management expertise, working with the business to define and design solutions, and enabling the C&A team to understand the skills and processes required to implement change successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and document business requirements, model business processes, and develop IT functional specifications
  • Facilitate workshops, engage with stakeholders, and conduct field and desk research
  • Develop business process maps, translate business requirements into functional and system requirements, and brief these into the IT department
  • Effectively manage issues, change requests, and testing, including developing testing and approval processes
  • Contribute to project and program delivery by actively managing artefacts and ensuring effective communication with the project team
