The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Claims and Assessing team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful design and development of solutions for Claims and Assessing.
Key Responsibilities- Business Process Analysis: Gather system and process requirements, and design innovative solutions to business problems.
- Facilitation and Stakeholder Management: Facilitate workshops, engage with stakeholders, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Define and document business requirements, model business processes, and develop IT functional specifications.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop testing and approval processes, brief the testing team, and ensure solutions meet original requirements.
- Tertiary Qualifications: A degree in a related field, such as business, information technology, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 2-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in business process modelling, stakeholder management, and requirements gathering.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitation skills, stakeholder management skills, and a superior level of attention to detail and accuracy.
