The RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our C&A Change Delivery Team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the successful design and development of solutions for Claims and Assessing. This will involve analysis activities for new business processes, new products, and operational process improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Define and document business requirements, model business processes, and define IT functional specifications.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing and ensure that solutions meet original requirements.
- Manage issues, change requests, and testing to balance quality, cost, and timeliness.
- Contribute to project and program delivery by managing artefacts, ensuring effective communication, and building stakeholder confidence.
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong business process modelling skills, including BPMN, Visio, and data models.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitation skills, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work autonomously, maintain focus, and solve complex problems.
