Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Claims & Assessing Division. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in designing and developing solutions for claims and assessing, ensuring seamless customer journeys and controlled costs.
Key Responsibilities- Gather system and process requirements, designing innovative solutions to business problems through workshops, research, and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop business process maps, translate business requirements into functional and system specifications, and brief these into the IT department.
- Effectively manage issues, change requests, and testing, balancing quality with cost and timeliness impacts.
- Contribute to project and program delivery by ensuring documentation reflects business understanding, adhering to A&G guidelines, and taking accountability for assigned deliverables.
- Build confidence with stakeholders, creating positive relationships and credibility through collaborative work, process-improvement opportunities, and continuous improvement culture.
- Minimum 2-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst in a transformation program of work, with agile delivery environment experience.
- Proficient skills in business process modelling, As-Is/To-Be process mapping, and data models.
- Effective stakeholder management, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, maintain focus, and manage change, complexity, and ambiguity.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and passion for customer and user experiences.
