This exciting opportunity allows you to be part of Rippling's Global Implementation team and contribute to driving customer success. As an Implementation Manager, you will work closely with customers across various segments to implement and adopt Rippling's global products.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to interpret modern awards and enterprise agreements during and after implementation
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met throughout the customer journey
  • Maintain in-product templates for standard Modern Awards configurations and track updates to Australian labour laws
  • Develop and document processes and best practices for customers and prospects

Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in HCM or Payroll
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Australian labour laws and payroll requirements, particularly modern awards and enterprise agreements
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences
