Job Summary

The Office Coordinator will contribute to team effectiveness and the professional image of CPB Contractors by providing professional reception and office services to internal and external stakeholders. This role is initially being offered on an 8-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day operations and maintenance responsibilities at the offices managed by the Facilities NSW Team, including repairs & maintenance, health & safety, and procurement & accounts payable.
  • Keeping records of processes and procedures for relief staff.
  • Maintaining knowledge of current projects, activities, external stakeholders, and internal staff to ensure appropriate delivery of messages and enquiries.
  • Establishing cooperative working relationships with peers and colleagues to increase the overall level of support to site/project teams.
  • Enhancing CPB's external and internal relations through displaying professionalism in all interactions.
  • Delivering administrative services that meet the needs of site/project stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Relevant facilities experience.
  • Relevant office administration qualifications and/or training.
  • Client-focused and effective time management skills.
  • Professional presentation and phone manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Advanced skills in accounts payable, for example, JDE, Oracle.
