About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relationship Officer. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers.

You will work closely with our customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals. This will involve exploring their banking needs, providing consumer lending and other financial solutions, and educating them on our digital banking services.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to learn and progress in their career. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in consumer lending and work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

The role is based in Seddon and is a full-time position with a 76-hour fortnightly roster.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales results through solutions that meet customer needs
  • Effective communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
  • The ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
  • A high level of banking product knowledge, including transactions accounts, insurance, term deposits, and credit cards
  • Experience in consumer lending and the banking and finance industry (desirable but not essential)
