About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven leader to guide us through our next phase of growth and impact. As a key figure, you will lead our team in delivering exceptional services while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Your role will involve strategic leadership, operational oversight, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Working closely with management, you will develop and implement initiatives that align with our mission and achieve positive outcomes for our clients and community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing strategic plans and ensuring alignment with our vision and goals.
  • Driving a high-performance culture focused on quality, innovation, and accountability.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with government agencies, funding bodies, and community partners.
  • Managing organisational resources efficiently.
  • Leading a team to deliver person-centered services that meet the diverse needs of our clients.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a leader with a passion for the disability sector, a proven track record in organisational leadership, and a commitment to fostering a supportive and empowering workplace culture.

Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets and resources in a similar-sized organisation or department.
  • Leadership experience with a team of 50+ staff, with a focus on driving organisational goals and supporting team development.
  • A strong understanding of the NDIS framework, funding models, and relevant legislation.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders and drive strategic partnerships.
  • Experience leading organisational change to improve performance and outcomes.

Qualifications/Certificates:

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, healthcare, social work, or a related field.
  • NDIS Worker Screening and Orientation Certificates.
  • A valid Australian driver's license.
  • National Police Clearance (within the last three years).
