Senior Account Leadership Role

The Group Account Director is a senior professional accountable for overseeing the overall agency service and activities on one or more groups of accounts. This position requires strategic leadership, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise account teams to ensure delivery of high-quality work and services to clients.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and expand client relationships.
  • Manage financial performance of client portfolios, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
  • Lead initiatives to identify and develop new business opportunities, including developing and implementing sales strategies and pitches.
  • Provide guidance and support to staff members, including training and development programs.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion in a marketing or advertising agency environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions that align with the agency's goals and objectives.
