The role of Contract Coordinator is pivotal in ensuring the seamless delivery of turf maintenance and site operations, aligning with client requirements and cricket calendars.

This position oversees site scheduling, team leadership, client engagement, reporting, and operational excellence to execute contract delivery efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high-quality, consistent turf and grounds presentation that meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Effectively supervise, coach, and develop on-site team members to achieve optimal performance.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS BASED ON PROFESSIONALISM RESPONSIVENESS AND SERVICE EXCELLENCE.
  • Ensure safe efficient and compliant use of tools and machinery across the site adhering to operational procedures.
  • Identify and implement site improvement opportunities to enhance overall performance.
About You

You have a strong background in turf and/or horticultural maintenance and management with proven experience meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results for clients.

A qualification in Sports Turf Management or Horticulture is essential Recent supervisory or management experience conflict resolution skills and excellent communication abilities are also required.

Strong IT skills including scheduling and reporting and current certifications driver's licence working with children check chemical certification are necessary for this role.

Above all you should be a reliable resourceful person with a solutions-focused mindset who prioritizes safety in all aspects of work.
