Turf Maintenance Operations Director

This is a compelling opportunity for an experienced Turf Maintenance Team Leader to take on a key role in ensuring the quality and playability of turf surfaces.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, aerating, and topdressing to uphold the integrity and performance of turf surfaces.
- Monitor turf health and proactively address issues such as pests, diseases, and compaction through effective cultural and chemical practices.
- Implement sustainable turf management strategies, including water conservation techniques and pest management methodologies.
- Operate and maintain specialized turf equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with the landscaping team to coordinate maintenance schedules, prioritize tasks, and deliver exceptional results.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their expectations, address concerns, and provide expert turf care recommendations.
You have successfully completed a Certificate III in Sports Turf Management and possess recent experience in turf management and/or greenkeeping.
You are knowledgeable about turfgrass species, growth habits, and maintenance requirements, and are skilled in the operation and maintenance of turf care equipment and machinery.
