Lead Data Analyst - Strategic Insights

Make a meaningful impact on Australia's regional engagement by leveraging data-driven insights.

  • Analyse complex data sets to inform strategic decisions and policy formulation across Southeast Asia.
  1. Develop and maintain cutting-edge data systems and models using Python, Power BI, and Azure tools.
  2. Drive data-informed diplomacy through expert analysis and visualisation of key metrics.
  3. Collaborate with the Southeast Asia Data Analytics Section to extend ad-hoc data services.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in Python for ETL, data wrangling, and advanced analysis.
  • Skilled in data modelling and visualisation, preferably with Power BI.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop AI-driven tools for data analysis.

Australian citizenship is essential. NV1 clearance required (NV2 preferred).
