About the Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional leader to spearhead our data insights projects, reports, and studies. As a key member of our team, you will consult with clients directly throughout the data collection and report development cycle. You will lead best practice roundtables, contribute to the facilitation of key client events in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), and have an active role in generating new business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, deliver, and oversee analysis supporting our activities for ANZ clients and generate valuable insights
  • Lead and monitor the development of client reports, including university executive briefings, regional reviews, best practice roundtables, and steering committees
  • Deliver and facilitate client presentations, workshops, and events that drive results
  • Develop and implement best practice case studies that provide actionable insights for clients
  • Cultivate and develop team members to achieve performance excellence, identify goals, and track progress
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within our business
  • Pursue specialist expertise within areas of our intellectual property and business processes, contributing to the development of new knowledge that supports the regional and global business
  • Maintain individual client relationships by building productive connections, including with Program Managers, Functional Owners, and Academic Stakeholders
  • Support the growth of new business through collaborative efforts
