Data Insights Specialist

Our organization is seeking a data-driven professional to fill the Data Analyst position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for uncovering trends and insights from large datasets, with opportunities to continually learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities- Lead projects to provide actionable intelligence that informs strategic business decisions.
- Analyze data from various systems, identify inconsistencies, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Communicate key findings to stakeholders through verbal, visual, and written reports, including dashboards and presentations.
- Determine current and future data requirements, contribute to dataset development, and ensure best practice data collection and analysis.
- Create data-driven insights and reports to explore complex business problems, ensuring accuracy and compatibility with requests.
- Band 5: Possesses contemporary knowledge and experience relevant to the role, holds a Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or can obtain one, demonstrates conceptual and analytical skills, and shows high proficiency in Excel.
- Band 6: In addition to Band 5 requirements, possesses a strong customer focus, creative thinking, strategic thinking, and ability to plan and deliver multiple concurrent projects.
This role involves working independently and collaboratively to extract, evaluate, validate, and communicate analytical information.
