  • Technology Strategy: You will have proven experience in contributing to and influencing technology strategies, especially in digital and business transformation.
  • IT Service Management Principles: You will have a deep understanding of IT Service Management principles and experience developing processes aligned with ISO27001 and ISO20000 standards.
  • Cost Optimization: You will have experience in monitoring and optimizing costs and improving operational efficiency.
  • ITSM Tools and Frameworks: You will have strong knowledge of ITSM tools and frameworks.
