About This Position

Required Skills and Qualifications
- A valid QBCC Site Supervisor or Builder License is mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience in supervising custom or luxury residential buildings is required.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes in Queensland is necessary.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- A high attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship are expected.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also necessary.
