We are seeking a highly experienced construction professional to lead our residential projects across the West region and surrounding areas. Your strong trade background and ability to promote a safety culture on site will be essential in delivering exceptional results.

As a key player in our construction team, you will contribute to the continued success of our brand and customer experience.

Responsibilities will include supervising residential construction projects, managing site safety protocols, and maintaining effective relationships with suppliers and customers.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong trade background and experience supervising new home builds in the Residential industry
  • A Certificate IV in Building & Construction and Site Supervisors license
  • A current driver's license
  • The ability to understand and promote safety protocols on site
