Lead Residential Projects in South Brisbane

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee multiple residential construction projects in the South Brisbane region.

As a skilled professional, you will be responsible for ensuring projects stay on schedule, meeting high-quality standards, and managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.

You will conduct frequent site inspections to track progress and promptly resolve any challenges. Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with project managers, architects, and other key stakeholders are essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction, specifically with volume housing projects.
  • Strong understanding of residential building codes, industry regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership abilities and communication skills to effectively manage teams and subcontractor relationships.
  • Proven history of delivering projects on time.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining top quality throughout construction.
  • Thorough knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.
  • Valid QBCC License.
