Peter Warren Automotive is a leading automotive dealer group with a strong presence in Australia. Our company has a rich history, dating back to 1958, and has expanded across various regions, including Southwest Sydney, Sydney's North Shore, Regional NSW, Northern NSW, and Southeast Queensland and Victoria.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and organized Warranty Admin Clerk to join our Toyota team at Warwick Farm. This is a full-time position that requires a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all warranty paperwork for our brands, ensuring proper documentation and verification of criteria.
  • Review and process all returned, rejected, or adjusted warranty claims, tracking each claim until its final resolution.
  • Reconcile all warranty receivables and work with the accounting department to obtain payments.
  • Arrange for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributor and resubmit all rejected claims promptly.
  • Ensure technician stories are accurate and completed in accordance with manufacturer and dealership warranty policies and guidelines.
  • Accurately complete clocking times and parts tagging.
  • Facilitate all warranty-related issues, including working with vendors and manufacturers to receive replacement vehicle parts.
  • Effectively liaise with the Workshop Foreman, Technicians, and Service Advisors to ensure we provide the best service to our customers - both external and internal.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Warranty Admin Clerk within the Automotive Industry is preferred.
  • Full work rights in Australia.
  • Mechanical knowledge would be advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
  • Excellent attention to detail and following processes.
  • Ability to provide great customer service.
  • Effective conflict resolution skills to facilitate positive outcomes in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work within a team environment with a can-do attitude.
