Job Title: Senior Restaurant Operations Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated professional to join our hospitality team as a Senior Restaurant Operations Manager. This role offers full time or part time hours, depending on your preference.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team with excellent customer focus, committed to creating a great experience for all at Berth.

We seek someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating:

  • Positive professionalism, a friendly and engaging personality who is committed, dependable and enjoys a challenge.
  • A 'can do' attitude with the ability to work autonomously and part of a team.
  • Dining experience in Smart Casual Dining is essential.
  • Calm and caring leadership style who understands the importance of a positive team culture.
  • Passion for food, wine and people is key.

Experience as a senior restaurant operations manager or shift supervisor is required, ready for the next step.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing the hospitality team, communicating effectively with the management team and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of daily operations including food preparation, presentation and service.
  • Management of the hospitality team, including recruitment, training and development.
  • Effective communication with the management team, including scheduling, budgets and performance metrics.
  • Creation of a positive team culture, promoting a collaborative and respectful work environment.
