Rehabilitation Specialist

About the Position:

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting vocational assessments and working with various stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake thorough vocational assessments to identify clients' strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, medical professionals, and employers to develop effective strategies for return-to-work and recovery.
  • Contribute to a multidisciplinary team that prioritizes client well-being and provides holistic support.
  • Design and implement targeted interventions to enhance clients' independence, vocational capacity, and functional performance.
Qualifications and Skills:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Rehabilitation Counselling or a related field.
  • ASORC Accreditation is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong time management skills and a keen sense of punctuality.
