Supervise Production Excellence

The Manufacturing Operations Supervisor plays a pivotal role in the leadership of our night shift operations team, responsible for end-to-end production functions and ensuring employee safety and quality food production.

This role is critical to the success of our organization, requiring a strong leader who can direct and guide operators to ensure adherence to standard work processes and optimize production efficiency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Directing and guiding operators to ensure adherence to standard work processes and Kellogg work systems
  • Developing and implementing plans to ensure compliance with food safety policies and procedures
  • Conducting training and developing employee capabilities to achieve optimal skills levels
  • Carrying out shift handover duties and conducting sanitation audits

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Food Technology or Business, or a Diploma with evidenced learning in a related field. A strong background in a food manufacturing environment, including processing, packing, and mechanical, is essential.

In addition, the successful candidate will have proven ability to effectively manage people, up to 40 on shift, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computers is also required.
