Project Coordinator Job Description

A leading brand is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to lead the development, coordination and management of project schedules. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex projects and working with cross-functional teams.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent analytical skills, with the ability to provide expert guidance on scheduling and timeline management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing integrated master schedules, ensuring seamless execution and effective scope management
  • Providing actionable insights into project performance, recommending strategic adjustments to drive successful execution and continuous improvement
  • Collaborating closely with stakeholders to enhance project methodologies and improve reporting mechanisms
  • Establishing and maintaining effective communication channels with cross-functional teams, facilitating transparency and alignment
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Extensive experience in project scheduling tools, ideally MS Project
  • Proven expertise in developing and implementing project standards and best practices
  • Previous experience working on large-scale ERP programs, preferably SAP
  • Demonstrated capability in facilitating planning workshops to evaluate implementation timelines and optimize scheduling outcomes
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain stakeholder relationships and foster cross-team collaboration
