Hourly Rate: $40 - $42 + Super

Role: Service Coordinator / Scheduler (Temporary, full-time, starting ASAP)

Responsibilities:

  • Organise tasks for service technicians to fulfill scheduled work orders efficiently.
  • Communicate with clients and account managers regarding site requirements and scheduling.
  • Maintain up-to-date records.
  • Coordinate between service, sales, and technical support teams.
  • Answer inbound calls from clients and technicians.
  • Provide customers with updates on service delivery and progress via customer portals.
  • Support the technical service team administratively.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in a service-based environment and scheduling roles.
  • Customer-focused, highly organized, with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to build relationships and interact with diverse individuals daily.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or Service Max is an advantage.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent communication skills, adaptable, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Available to start immediately and able to work with urgency.
