Aboriginal Youth Development Program Coordinator

Kambu Health is a leading provider of community-controlled health services in Australia's fastest-growing regions.
We are seeking an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander person to join our team as a Youth Cultural Mentoring Program Support Worker.
About the Role- Develop and implement activities that meet the needs of young people accessing the program, whilst maintaining service guidelines and Service Agreements.
- Work closely with programs and services to ensure holistic supports are available and the needs of the young person are identified and met.
- Develop case plans, follow case goals, and plan as directed to deliver outcomes.
- Engage with and take on other responsibilities, commensurate with the Youth Cultural Mentoring Program role.
- A First Nations Man or Woman.
- Minimum two years' experience in a similar related role.
- A current Blue Card.
- Ability to gain a suitable criminal history check.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the use of business technology and desktop applications, including Microsoft Office Packages.
- Possess well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- An annual salary of $75,000 plus 12% superannuation and leave loading.
- A 12-month fixed-term contract.
