Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, with the ability to manage lease obligations, prepare annual budgets, and maintain accurate rental files.

They will also be responsible for overseeing arrears management, rent collection, and coordinating repairs and maintenance.

Additionally, the Property Manager will conduct entry and exit condition reports, and provide weekly reports to senior management.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a key member in managing our commercial property assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage lease obligations, including tenant induction, lease renewals, and expiry processes.
  • Prepare annual budgets, reconciliations, forecasts, and ongoing invoicing for outgoings.
  • Maintain accurate rental files and notes.
  • Oversee arrears management and rent collection.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance.
  • Conduct entry and exit condition reports.
  • Provide weekly reports to senior management.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months' experience in commercial property management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse commercial/retail portfolio.
  • Familiarity with property management software.
  • Strong communication skills, including experience with high-net-worth clients.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional presentation and positive attitude.
  • Current membership in relevant industry associations.
