Our organization is a comprehensive human resources, recruitment and workplace health and safety services provider.

A successful service and asset operator with extensive expertise in contract management, systems, infrastructure, finance, and risk management has an opportunity for a Tenant and Leasing Officer to assist in property and retail services for railway station assets.

About the Role

The primary purpose of this permanent full-time position is to manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships relating to lease and facility management.

  • Provide oversight of lease and retail management tasks.
  • Effectively manage customer relationships to ensure quality communications and contact with retailers.
  • Manage and conduct lease/property inspections to oversee presentation, safety standard compliance and maintenance of property assets.
  • Assist with negotiation of property-related contracts and lease agreements.
  • Ensure all lease and applicable documentation is fully executed and maintained.
  • Oversee the property register.
  • Process annual reviews and outgoings recoveries to ensure consistency with lease obligations.
  • Act as a point of contact for tenants, internal and external stakeholders relating to lease and property management of owned assets.
About You

- Hold a qualification in property or facilities management.

- Demonstrate experience in a commercial property management role, including a solid understanding of commercial leasing practices, legislation, procedures, and terminology.

- Possess sound knowledge of project coordination, budget management, contract negotiation, and administrative fundamentals.

- Have a strong working knowledge of building services and real estate market activities, developments, and trends.

- Possess well-developed people management skills with the ability to build and foster key relationships.

- Be able to work independently or collaborate in a team environment.

- Have strong verbal, written, and communication skills.
