**The Role**
This is a hands-on property manager role for an experienced, ambitious property manager who has the passion to manage a portfolio of commercial properties including:
- Lease Management and Administration - liaising with tenants and control of arrears
- Administration of Outgoings - ensuring charges are appropriately documented and on-charged to the tenant.
- Maintaining Control of the property portfolio by collecting Rent and Outgoings in a timely manner
- Conducting ongoing Rental Reviews, ensuring contractual increases are communicated and applied on time.
- Performing Tenancy Inspections
- Control of Operations including facilities management, repairs, maintenance, contractor engagement and contract administration
- Ensuring properties comply with Building and Facility Codes
- Creating Periodic Property Reports such as Tenancy Schedules and ensuring correct Storage of documents
- Related tasks as required by management from time to time.

- Minimum 2 years commercial property management or leasing experience in a real-estate or property management company
- Experience using Re-Leased (Property Management Software) will be looked upon favorably.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise with tenants, contractors and consultants.
- Building and maintaining outstanding relations with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Possess a strong work ethic with exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting deadlines and managing a large commercial portfolio in a professional manner.
- Ability to work under pressure and balance priorities to achieve positive outcomes.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of the Retail Leases Act
- Current Agents Representative Certificate
**Salary**: Up to $90,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Keilor VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Project management: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (required)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (required)
