  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing and leading staff in a large multi-site organization is required.
  • Excellent negotiation, influence, and analytical skills with highly developed problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships at a senior level is necessary.
  • The successful candidate will be able to identify and manage operational challenges at a practice level.
  • Experience in managing tender processes is highly desirable.
