**Job Title:** Senior Care Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Care Operations Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional care services to residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the care centre, ensuring a high level of care is delivered at all times.
  • Lead and coach a team of nurses and personal care assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide quality care.
  • Oversee the delivery of care services for all village residents, including residential aged care, independent living, and assisted living.

  • Support sound clinical decision-making and ensure quality care is maintained at all times.
  • Manage audits, implement policies, and work with external agencies to ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
  • Drive a strong, connected team culture across the village, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
