Aged Care Operations Manager
Description of the RoleThis key position plays a crucial part in making our difference by overseeing contract oversight and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contract oversight, developing and implementing projects to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency, overseeing planning and scheduling requirements, leading new site mobilizations, conducting regular audits and assessments, representing the organization professionally, collaborating with senior leaders, driving innovation initiatives, and championing a safety culture.
Requirements and QualificationsWe are looking for someone with proven senior operational leadership experience, preferably in aged care, healthcare, or community services. A relevant degree in project management, healthcare, business, or equivalent work experience is highly desirable. Strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage relationships across various levels are essential. A commitment to ethical standards and a passion for customer service are also required.
