About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Professional to fill our Scheduler position. This is a permanent, full-time role that involves creating and maintaining detailed execution schedules in collaboration with Project Owners, Supervisors, and key stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Project Owners/Supervisor and key stakeholders to validate project requirements and align on clear objectives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and plans using appropriate project management methodologies.
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable plans, ensuring timely execution and alignment with project milestones.
  • Build and manage forward-looking schedules, publish regular updates, and monitor progress to keep projects on track.
  • Facilitate proactive planning sessions to maintain alignment and drive effective communication across teams.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in effective planning/scheduling of time-bound projects.
  • Mining or operational experience is preferred.
  • A strong understanding of our industry.
  • Proven experience in project scheduling using Microsoft Project and Project Online, with regular housekeeping and maintenance of schedules embedded as best practice.
