Roster Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts and meet the care requirements of residents.

  • Develop and maintain effective staffing plans to align with resident needs.
  • Manage shift changes, leave, or time off and find suitable replacements when necessary to maintain optimal staffing levels.
  • Maintain clear communication with team members regarding their schedules, shift changes, and important updates related to their work.
  • Collaborate with facility management to optimize workforce management strategies.

Requirements:

  • Ability to develop and implement efficient rostering systems.
  • Experience using employee scheduling software such as Humanforce or Time Target.
  • Adaptable, passionate, and willing to learn.
  • Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
  • Friendly and effective communication abilities.
