The Role of a Workforce Scheduler is to Optimize Bank Contact Centre Rosters to Meet Customer Demand.

As a Workforce Scheduler, you will play a critical part in ensuring the bank's contact centre rosters are optimised effectively to meet customer demand. This role involves:

- Ensuring the right number of agents are available at the right times to meet customer demand while maximising productivity and minimising costs.
- Administering changes to rosters for future weeks and ensuring data quality, providing accurate and timely rosters within enterprise agreement timeframes.

You will be responsible for scheduling development and request management processes. You will create and maintain weekly and monthly staff rosters that align with forecasted call volumes and service level targets. You will ensure optimal agent coverage during peak and off-peak hours to meet customer demand.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring the following skills and qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in managing effective relationships with stakeholders
  • Contact centre exposure
  • Experience in a workforce management role
