Role Summary As a Scheduling Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting clients to live independent and enriched lives. Our Home and Community teams provide essential services that enable our clients to maintain their independence within their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments and services using an electronic data management system.
  • Manage your workload effectively, prioritizing tasks and balancing multiple responsibilities in a busy environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, their families, and carers.
  • Utilize Microsoft Suite products, including Word and Excel, to accurately record and manage data.
  • Communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Maintain accurate records, exercising attention-to-detail and commitment to error-free administration.

Requirements
  • Current Driver's Licence.
  • National Police Clearance.
  • Previous scheduling experience is highly desirable, particularly with AlayaCare.
