Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Security Professional to play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our building during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the building's safety and security during overnight hours
  • Monitor and control entry and exit of residents, guests, and visitors
  • Observe and respond to suspicious activity through CCTV monitoring
  • Address noise complaints and disturbances in a calm and professional manner
  • Conduct hourly patrols of Level one, Level 23, and external exit points to maintain security standards
  • Enforce compliance with building by-laws and house rules
  • Provide concierge-style service to residents and guests
  • Maintain detailed duty logs, incident reports, and handovers
  • Liaise with emergency services as needed and follow approved protocols
  • Operate and manage building systems, including key control, fire panels, and Opera PMS

Requirements:

  • Ability to work required overnight hours and weekend shifts
  • Current Victorian Private Security Licence
  • Fluent English language skills, both verbal and written communication
  • Well-groomed and professional appearance
