">We are seeking a Residential Security Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our residents, guests, and visitors during overnight hours.
">Your primary duties will include:
">- Ensuring the safety and security of the building during overnight hours
- Monitoring and controlling the entry and exit of residents, guests, and visitors
- Observing and responding to any suspicious activity through CCTV monitoring
- Addressing noise complaints and disturbances in a calm, professional manner
- Conducting hourly patrols of the building to maintain security standards
- Enforcing compliance with building by-laws and house rules
- Providing concierge-style service, including general assistance to residents and guests
- Maintaining detailed duty logs, incident reports, and handovers
- Liaising with emergency services as needed and following approved protocols
- Operating and managing building systems, including key control, fire panels, and other relevant systems
Requirements:
">- Able to work the required overnight hours and weekend work
- Hold a current Victorian Private Security Licence
- Fluent in English – both verbal and written communication skills
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
