Senior Small Business Specialist

Our ideal candidate is a Senior Small Business Specialist with a proven track record in supporting small businesses.
The role will be based in the Charlotte Region Center, working standard hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday, and occasional evening and weekend hours as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage client portfolios, evaluating complex issues and providing consultation based on expertise.
- Provide advice and technical assistance on complicated, sensitive, and unique problems.
- Assess and resolve client issues using financial information and other documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in business) and one year of experience related to the area of assignment; or MBA.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
