Experienced small bankers needed for multiple permanent opportunities within a reputable Top 4 bank
**Your new company**
A tier one bank that believes in a trusted bond between banker and customer, this organisation is looking for small business bankers to join their team and make an impact into our communities.
**Your new role**
As a small business banker, your role will involve, but not be limited to:
- Managing lending & product requests for small business customers
- Establishing working relationships with your customers and key stakeholders including business partners internally
- Providing holistic banking solutions, ensuring you understand your customers' businesses and can service them appropriately
- Driving customer portfolio risk and compliance
**What you'll need to succeed**
You'll need to be passionate about your customers, with a customer centric approach to your day-to-day and the ability to effectively manage relationships. You'll have excellent problem solving skills, with the ability to think critically and negotiate when required. You will ideally have lending experience within retail or business banking, with the ability to dive straight into a new portfolio.
