Business Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a talented Business Recovery Intern to assist in the recovery of businesses from financial difficulties and support those undergoing insolvency or restructuring.
This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate with strong communication skills, empathy, and discretion to provide support to a small team of experts in business recovery.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintenance of business files and preparation of business-related documentation for briefings
- Preparation of correspondence to stakeholders, including reports to creditors
- Assistance with detailed business investigations and project plan updates
- Renegotiation of existing finances with clients under the guidance of the Senior Business Recovery Specialist
- Creditors and supplier benefits management during liquidation
- Support with client budgeting and forecasting activities for new owners
- Training in all areas of business recovery, including personal and corporate, such as voluntary administrations, deeds of company agreement, liquidations, receiverships, bankruptcies, and Part Xs
- End-to-end project planning for take-overs and insolvencies in mid-tier corporates
- Conducting thorough reporting and analysis for insolvencies
