**Your new role**
Your role as a Small Business Manager will consist of managing a portfolio of existing small business customers and providing banking services remotely.
- You will expand and maintain this portfolio of high-value customers completing A-Z reviews, uncovering customer needs, selling the full range of this Big 4’s solutions (business lending, home lending, working capital and wealth products and providing exceptional customer satisfaction
- You will be the primary point of contact for all customer enquiries relating to acquisition of new and existing customers

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous lending experience in business banking or retail banking
- Excellent understanding of small to medium business markets
- Strong negotiating, customer management and relationship management skills
- Must have a sound understanding of the Loan process
- Commercial Lending is highly desirable however not essential
- Customer management skills with strong care for customer approach
