We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Customer Experience Manager. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, and a deep understanding of the retail industry.

As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for creating personalized and unique experiences for each customer. This includes developing special details and touches that set us apart from other retailers through the attention to every aspect of the bridal gown selection process.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and building high-performing teams. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

Responsibilities
  • Create personalized and unique experiences for each customer.

  • Work with the Store Manager to understand selling trends and implement merchandising activities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Retail/Fashion or related field strongly preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail management.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and building high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and thrive in a challenging environment.
  • Results-driven with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.
