We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Customer Experience specialist. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and support to our residents and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Respond to resident inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role or similar environment.
