This seasonal role is perfect for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and are passionate about helping others. As a Concierge Attendant, you will be the friendly face of our centre and play a key role in enhancing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests at the concierge desk and assisting with their needs
  • Providing directions, information, and helpful solutions to enhance the customer experience
  • Promoting and selling Westfield Gift Cards and other services

Requirements:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work shifts from September to February, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays
